Janna has a passion for local, beyond organic foods and wild foraged ingredients. Some of her most fond memories come from digging razor clams on the coast, fishing in the Salish Sea, wild foraging mushrooms and herbs from the forest and collecting seaweed from the shoreline. Janna also keeps a large garden at her home outside of Olympia.
